The goal of every interview is to learn more about a candidate than the contents of their resume. Orion sources, screens, and identifies candidates before submitting them for review. We provide you with key information obtained during our interview process, so that your team can ask direct, relevant questions to fully understand if this is the right candidate for you.
Whenever possible, we participate as observers in the interview to support you and gain key insights.
We consider Orion an extension of our HR staff. It has been a very effective two-way street.
